Customer complaint is that ice maker is not making ice. Ran diagnostics and found error code E5. Timed Ice. Ran ice box fan test and ice maker fan is not working. Ordered ice maker and fan. P&A. ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11658802 (Ice Maker) and 1 W10846539 (Ice box fan)

I wish they could have been more helpful over the phone. The plummer had shut off the water and forgot to turn back on. The cost was $137. We should have been able to figure that out over the phone not have a repairman come out for nothing!
