Customer complained unit wouldnt start or drain. Upon arrival unit was full of water. Found drain pump error. Foudn drain pump harness. And bottom of pump torn off. Ordering harness and pump. Scheduled return call 10-4-23 am. ; ordrng 1 W11591637 (Harness) and 1 W11399437 (Pump)

"Found surface burner wasnt on truck, when inspecting burner switch noticed it was a single not a double and part needed was a double. Went to call to inspect switch. Found part needed was a doubt. Tribles diagram is wrong for this part. Called Randy due to model not being in service matters. Randy found correct part number putting in for p&a on new switch per Randy request and surface element is with Jen at parts house. And didnt say anything about the burner not working intermittently, found front left surface burner not working at all this time, all burners were working during last call.
