"Tested washer and found unit locked and just draining not allowing any cycle, ran diagnostics and found long drain error checked drain pump and found filter clogged and blocked causing unit to not drain water and just shut down. Cleared filter and tub to pump hose ran a heavy wash cycle and unit is now draining and operating to specs. Advised customer on filter and cleaning also how to clean and run afresh with vinegar to help break down clogging."

"Tested unit and found machine just erroring out and not starting found errors Fa e4 diverter Cannot find positions, f8e2 inlet water fill valve issue, ran a test and unit errored out for diverter. Removed kick panel and found wires under unit all chewed by mice this is causing the issue with running, also entire underneath of unit is full of mice nest and all kinds of stuff, unit will need entire new harness and sump to fix issues advised the mice need to be removed bf can replace parts due to this will just happen again left note for customers wife advising issue and what needs to happen parts may not be covered due to this matter and they will have to pay if problem Is not taking care of."

"Tested unit and found oven would not reach temp set to it would read that the unit is at set temp but the degrees in oven would be off, ran a diagnostics and found error F2e0 keypad disconnected, removed rear cover and checked power to unit found 240v 120v on each leg ran a bake cycle and power going to each element, let unit get to temp and found when getting to set temp it would then never reheat up. Found control would not send 240v to elements after heating up unit needs new main cntrl and sensor will order and return. Parts tentative p/a ; ordrng 1 W11308431 (Cntrl) and 1 W10833885 (Sensor)"
