Ck unit upon arrival per customer unit is not heating. Ran diagnostic and found F7E1 error code and clear error code and ran full diagnostic and heater connection. Found no issue and clear error code after diagnostic ran quick wash and heater is now coming on unit now operating to manufacturers specs

Ck unit upon arrival and ran unit and found motor running and washing. Use clear door to monitor unit and found upper wash arm not rotating as lower wash arm not rotating. Remove and clean lower wash arm and lower wash arm start to rotate. Found upper manifold losing water order manifold and upper wash arm for replacement ; ordrng 1 WPW10340542 (Manifold) and 1 WPW10448645 (Upper spray arm)

Led new water filter head and housing ran water and unit is now filling and working properly. Advised customer on water pressure it is strong I turned it down some but I advised To replace copper line with stainless due to pressure.
