Customer complained unit leaking . Found clamp on drain hose to drain pump was not attached properly. Secured clamp. Unit not leaking now. Verified proper operation.

Returned to install hinges. Installed hinges. Door now operating as designed.

"Customer complained unit pulsing when she first starts any burner, when she starts a second burner it stops. It wont start pulsing again right away but if cooktop isnt used for awhile it will pulse again if she just uses one burner. Looked at installation instruction and unit Shouid only have provided regulator attached to cooktop gas line. Unit has another regulator attached to gas line thats part of the home. Informed customer she should have only the regulator on that gas line for her cooktop . The other regulator is causing issues with the factory regulator causing pulsing issue with gas."
