The Technician was helpful and was very forthcoming with information as to the issue with the ice maker. I was very disappointed that I had to pay $138 dollars to be told there was an error code and that I needed to clear that code by turning the breaker off and on. I also blame KitchenAid for not doing more to help with this issue.

Very efficient and professional

I recently had service with technician name Paul 12/11. I called for service due to my control panel for my oven wasn’t functioning at all. Paul diagnosed my oven by just attempting to press buttons on my control board and stated I needed a new control broad. Paul did not remove the back panel of my oven to check if there was a wire disconnected or to see why my oven panel was not responding. Then proceeded to tell me the cost to replace the panel and stated he has the part. I ask if he will check to see if there is another problem Paul states if the panel is not functioning at all we have to replace it. I’m so disappointed at whirlpool technicians I was charge for a service that wasn’t done at all. I declined replacement repair. I called another technician from another company that actually looked and seen that a wire needed to be reconnected and my control panel did not need to be replaced in which save me hundreds. I believe I should get my money back from whirlpool for poor service! I wish I could get negative stars!
