"Installed suspension rods old ones rusted Went to replace clutch, rotor and slider Washer is leaking sound absorber when removing the rotor Started to drip through seal and outer tub. Stopped put part back Needs Gearcase and washplate can only get bolt outWash plate rusted in.Needs Gearcase washplate Have concerns that wont be able to get spin basket out Finding a lot of rust in washer when checking for additional part. So ordering spin basket and outer tub.When leaving Cust said last time ran wash and wash re loud in spin; rqstng P&A on 1 W11393685 (Gearcase) and 1 W10775188 (Washplate) and 1 W10909670 (Nut) and 1 W11219115 (Outer tub) and 1 W10811960 (Spin basket), dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W10734521 SLIDER , states that autho needed"

Called on a Sunday they were here on the following Tuesday with the part . The service person diagnosed the problem and repaired the dryer within an hour . She did a fantastic job.

I was very pleased as to both the knowledge and technical skills the technician (Aimee) possessed. She not only knew how to fix the appliance but was very careful as to not scratch or dent my appliance and the cabinets and floor. She also addressed my questions with confidence. I would certainly ask for her again for future repairs!
