"Unit intermittently wont start. F5e4 error in history, lid not opened between cycles. Opened/closed lid and same, wouldnt run test cycle. Replaced control and lock, ran diagnostic cycle fine. Started a normal cycle fine.; used 1 W11513248 (DOOR LOCK) from stock"

"Inspected and found main control faulting on pressure system and when attempting diagnostics shutting off completely, replaced with new control and ran diagnostics and tested fine. Unit under 5 year warranty. Customer is aware of 5 star survey coming from whirlpool via email."

"Knobs not operating properly, switch stems are fine and working, broken knobs. Explained that they are not covered under warranty. Gave part number to buy themselves and our pricing. Also showed how tie-wraps can be added to strengthen knobs, 3 of the 4 were broken."

"Replaced evap fan assy which includes thermistors/sensors. Replaced main, power and u/i controls. In diagnostic still only shows short defrost test, but as is same on new board that looks to be a sw change. Unit too warm to run defrost tests, but did steam clear evap. Cs to monitor, if further failure would replace defrost heater ( ohm reading tested fine so wasnt replaced). Instructed to contact wp if any further issue while in warranty"

"Left door hinge is broken, was able to reset but will pop off again. Hinges were preordered but did not have them for call. To return with hinges; schdld next appmnt for 10/22 WED PM"

"Not cooling properly, running very noisily. Found covered in frost and sound coming from evap fan. Evap cover frozen to evap, steamed and was able to remove, evap clogged with ice. In forced defrost getting 12vac to heater, 37 ohms on heating element. Should be 115vac. Also in testing the defrost test should give short and long test per tech sheet, only gives short. Ordering evap fan motor assy, control, power and u/i boards. Steamed evap clear.When coming out of diagnostic, evap fan is not working, just making clicking noise and turning back /forth. Compressor not running, keeps running this cycle of clicking and stopping, once it sounded like it was started by other fans compressor, but only lasted a couple seconds before returning to clicking cycle.Went into diagnostics and ran test 4, completed with compressor and fans all running. Exited and unit now running.; ordrng 1 W11575358 (Evap fan) and 1 WPW10675033 (Main control) and 1 WPW10624574 (Power board) and 1 W11577100 (U/I board)"

S-Code:S153EB Ck unit upon arrive check and inspect ice machine found making ice but not dispensing ice. Found ice bucket coupler not locking in place correctly install ice bucket from prescreen stock and transfer ice over to new bucket an unit is now dispensing ice unit now operating to manufacturers specs

"Ck unit upon arrival customer stated that unit would run through a full cycle and a few minutes after unit would automatically started up back on its own. Ran cycle quick wash and unit complete cycle and few minutes after unit started a whole cycle on its own, quote customer for repair and customer declined repair"

Ck unit upon arrival and remove and install control with drain pump. Ran cycle and inspect and check for leaks and found no leaks or drips and unit is operating to manufacturers specs
