Angel was great! Very nice, prompt, and knew what he was doing. Fixed my washer and dryer and so far so good!. Scheduling was great too, but the wait for the parts was lengthy. Probably not their fault, but one of the pieces was on back order and only until I called to check in, was when someone called another location to get it sooner. So I think that should have been done automatically without me having to call.
