Found the drain had sheet ice over drain hole and over flows drain and runs out front .Manufacturing doesnt make any drain heaters for the drain.Defrosted drain and removed the ice All I could do Is clean out.

Aimee was helpful , on time, gave me some great tips about my refrigerator and was all around great. The process to get and confirm an appt was also very well organized. When she left the first day she knew approx how long until the part was available and the follow up appt was quick all in a week. Would very much recommend no stress start to finish!
