Customers complaint is the control will randomly shut off while using and display locked control. Preheated oven to 350 on convection bake. Let cycle for a hour could not duplicate any problems. Had no food in oven while testing so there was no steam/moisture coming from vents. Would recommend replacing control quoted customer.
