Drain pump was 19 ohms, proper voltage but could not pump the water out. Replaced the Drain Pump W10919003 from truck stock. Tested the washing machine for proper operation. Whirlpool tech support case# 23406581, Updated the software to the 5.0 version. Had helped customer download the mobile app, change to wi fi network on 2.4 frequency band un order for the appliance software update to download successfully. The range software version has been updated and is the correction to prevent the User Interface from freezing when oven is inactive. Tested the the oven operation and user interface. The range is operating properly. Job is complete."

"Found F8 E1 fault stored in diagnostics. For long fill detected. I tested the water valves in diagnostics. The cold water valve appears restricted where as the hot water wash vas cold water wash fills significantly with more water. Customer will need to have the stacked unit pulled out, and the washing machine made accessible for service technician. The washer has a dryer stacked on top secured with a stacking kit. The washer sits below a hard wood floor and will need to be lifted up and out on to the floor and shimmied out from the wall in order to access the back side to remove the dryer. Dryer will need to be moved to the kitchen area or outside in order to have enough space in order to service the washing machine. Customer will call to schedule follow up appointment when washing machine is made accessible for service technician.; saved tckt"
