"Cust stated other company came in and said problem with plumbing had plumber out . They needed 2 people to slide out laundry center out. I explained not sure of vent and might not be able to re connect.You could remove or would need 2 men Cust was speaking over me and wouldnt let me finish a sentence. I Called office from house and spoke to Deb .Explained it was 139.00 to diagnose after when find out problem , its 249.00 plus second man to of 189.00 plus parts and tax. Husband say not going that much for repair . Said ok it 139.00 to diagnosis the laundry center no hot water . The Wife says not payinging 139.00Customer is over speaks and is rude and bullying me into moving laundry center offers her husband to help who is older.Left and called office Debra and was listening to the recording when sceduled. callCust mad whirlpool told her when remove after other service company told her we need 2 men to slide out."
